Any order over $35.00 qualifies for free delivery.
PLEASE NOTE all orders under $35.00 dollars will have a $10.00 delivery fee.
A: Go by our friends at Western Feed and Pet Supply and buy Tuscan Natural there. Western Feed has seven convenient locations around the Sacramento area to serve you. Check them out at www.WesternFeedOnline.com or we can make a special delivery to you.
PLEASE NOTE there will be a $25.00 special delivery charge no matter what you order. So please, to avoid the added surcharge check out Western Feed and Pet Supply, they are wonderful people.
A: We at Aloha Pet want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not happy with Tuscan Natural or Aloha Pet, and we did not meet your expectations, please call us so we can make it right. If you want to return any products to us, we will come by your house on your delivery day to pick up your returns.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be in their original bag, we will credit you with the amount of food you are returning. We will not be able to accept returns after 30 days of delivery. We will not be able to accept bags that are not in their original bag. We will be happy to exchange Tuscan Natural for another flavor of Tuscan Natural.
